At Deptronics Technologies, we specialize in importing and installing high-value, custom-programmed automatic machines from China on an order basis. Due to the specialized nature of our products, all sales are final, and we do not accept returns or exchanges.

Before order confirmation, clients are required to provide bobbin and coil samples for precise machine programming. Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled or modified. However, we ensure quality assurance, installation support, and after-sales service to address any operational concerns.

Our machines are ordered on a custom basis, meaning each unit is tailored and programmed according to the client’s specific requirements. Given the high level of customization, order-based procurement, and the complex import process, we do not accept returns, cancellations, or exchanges once an order has been placed.

Why We Do Not Accept Returns

  1. Custom-Built Machines: Each machine is programmed and configured according to the client’s provided bobbin and coil samples, ensuring it meets the exact production specifications. As a result, the machine is unique to the client’s requirements and cannot be resold or repurposed for another buyer.

  2. Order-Based Import Model: We do not maintain stock or ready-to-ship machines. Every order is processed individually, manufactured in China, and imported only after client approval. The procurement, programming, and shipping processes are carefully managed and cannot be reversed once initiated.

  3. Significant Investment & Lead Time: Each machine costs a minimum of ₹10 lakh INR and involves a 30-day lead time for programming and shipment. Due to this, once the manufacturing and shipping processes begin, modifications or cancellations are not possible.

Quality Assurance & After-Sales Support

While we do not offer returns, we are committed to ensuring that every machine functions as per the agreed specifications. To maintain quality and customer satisfaction, we provide:

  • Pre-Shipment Testing: Before dispatch from China, all machines undergo quality checks and performance tests. Clients can request test reports or virtual demonstrations for assurance.
  • On-Site Installation: Our team ensures that the machine is properly installed and set up at the client’s factory to guarantee seamless operation.
  • Technical Support & Maintenance: We offer after-sales technical assistance to help clients with machine setup, troubleshooting, and ongoing maintenance.
